This year the theme of World Usability Day is “Healthcare: Collaborating For Better Systems”.
User Vision are a UX consultancy in Edinburgh, and have a series of events to celebrate the day on 14 November.
My own personal bugbear on this topic? The signage at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. I've spent more than my fair share of time at that place over the past few years and it never ceases to grate!
