An excellent introduction to using remote unmoderated user testing services like usertesting.com. If you've never tried and are considering giving it a whirl, read this first.
The author is talking about usertesting.com specifically, but the principles he outlines apply to the ever growing range of similar services out there. I've used usertesting.com before though, and so far have had no reason to go looking elsewhere.
