Mobile needs content strategy

Just received my copy of Karen McGrane's new book: Content Strategy for Mobile. Only it's not really about mobile as such. But as she says - "holistic enterprise content strategy" doesn't have quite the same ring.

The reason it's not really about mobile is:
  1. Users of 'mobile' devices often aren't mobile (see iPad user trends survey blog post)
  2. The principles of preparing you content for mobile will also have you more ready for future devices which may turn out to be less movable than your desktop PC (fridge, anyone?)
