Website disaster recovery

A nice little article full of sound advice from Paul Boag. Your website doesn't have to be a disaster for this to be a worthwhile read.



If you're looking at what you might do to improve what you've got, Paul breaks it down into chunks - some of which are really easy to get started on right away. Paul says -
Before dismissing the entire site try identifying where it fails. Site’s normally fail in one or more of the following areas:
  • Visual appearance.
  • Usability.
  • Management.
  • Business objectives.
