I went along to another of User Vision's excellent breakfast briefings today; the topic was mobile UX.
A great presentation - now on Slideshare - which is worth a view to pick up a few stats on how things stand and where the market is going, plus some considerations, dos and don'ts for your mobile user experience.
From a higher education perspective, something that was missing was a reference of the importance of content strategy. The focus was very much on ecommerce and services I think, and while it's all relevant and worthwhile the challenges of information rich websites managed in the main by non-specialists are extra considerations for the university perspective.
