Edinburgh UPA July event - Persuasion, Emotion and Trust in Customer Journeys

This month's Scottish Usability Professionals Association event is titled: "The Role of Persuasion, Emotion and Trust in Customer Journeys" and is happening on 26 July 2012 at 6.30.

Sounds interesting. I'll be there. The presenter, Abi Reynolds is a former manager and researcher in a usability testing laboratory in the National College of Ireland, Dublin. Abi is now a freelance UX Researcher/Analyst while at the same time undertaking a part-time PHD by research with the Faculty of Psychology and the Centre Interaction Design at Napier University in Edinburgh.

As usual, entry is £10, £5 for students and free to UPA members.
