Using personas for better websites

An interesting article on personas which takes them in a direction which was new to me. The piece also reflects on a designer's experience of trying the technique out.

As well as a look at some personas and how to create and use them, the article includes a sort-of persona for the site itself which is a nice way to express your style guide and set the tone.
