Free Nielsen usability reports

Jakob Nielsen has made a couple of his company's research reports - previously costing US$198 and US$98 - available as free downloads.



2007's best intranets: This report reviews the designs and usability of ten intranets that were chosen from a much larger number of nominated designs. It's a few years old now, but there are still lots of useful examples and tips.
